LemonTree in Stores with a New, Exciting Fresh Look!

Introducing LemonTree Tilda Fabrics

We’re excited to introduce Tilda Fabrics to Australia quilting and fabric industry for 2018. In each range you will find 20 fresh fabric designs. Tone Finnanger, the Norwegian designer of LemonTree has been inspired by the Spring season. “Imagine breakfast under a lemon tree somewhere warm and delicious. You are surrounded by mosaic pots with fragrant herbs. Colourful dresses dying instantly on the cloths line strung brunches. The LemonTree collection was inspired by this image and the longing that comes with it.”    - Tone Finnanger

Block of the month (BOM)

The quilt was designed by sisters Sarah & Rachel Roxburgh using Tilda’s LemonTree collection. “MY BUTTERFLY PATCH - a modern romance”. With all the charm of vintage quilts but cut through with contemporary edge! Homespun’s 2018 BOM is a garden of delights that will draw you in again and again, with wreathed appliquéd butterflies anchoring sampler blocks of mixed appliqué and piecing and a central panel of embroidered floral abundance. All worked in the very latest ranges from Tilda - celebratory colour and intricate design.

BOM Program launches in February 2018. Runs for 10 months, one block released each month. The quilt measures 178cm x 178. The quilt uses all 20 fabrics from the LemonTree collection plus coordinates. Homespun Magazine will provide retailers with advanced information of each BOM, so you can sample, cut and prepare.
