Two Green Zebras is an exclusive wholesale distributor of Fabrics, Haberdashery and Craft products. We wholesale ONLY to bricks and mortar, online stores and manufacturers. However, we welcome the public to browse our range online. Contact us at sales@twogreenzebras.com with any questions
How do l apply for an account?
If you are a Bricks and mortar, online store or manufacturer, complete a Create an Account form on our website or email us sales@twogreenzebras.com
Minimum opening order value is $500.00, ex GST
An annual minimum of $1000 is required to keep your account open
How do l qualify for an account?
When submitting your application, you will need to provide proof of Registered Business, ABN & indicate if you are either a 'bricks and mortar' store or web retailer (with an active website). If you are a manufacturer, please specify how your goods are sold.
How will l be notified that my account is opened?
You will receive an auto generated email from our Accounts Department advising you of your account number and log in details to our website.
Our team will also give you a call to introduce our business and learn more about yours.
Do you sell to web only retailers?
Yes, the requirement is to have your own standalone website with 200 or more items for sale. If you currently have a webshop through a third-party provider, i.e. Etsy, Ebay, Amazon, etc that will not be sufficient. We do not sell to Etsy, ebay or Amazon only shops. Web only customers are required to have a stand-alone website of their own.
What are your payment terms?
All new accounts will be established as Cash Sales until a regular payment pattern has been established and a credit account is approved.
Cash Sale: Payments are required within 14 days from invoice.
Approved Credit Account: Strictly net 30 days from invoice.
What are your Payment methods?
We accept direct deposit and credit cards (Visa and Mastercard)
How does Two Green Zebras sell / present their products?
Our experienced sales team presents new products directly to our retailers, and we also showcase our products through our website, daily email updates, and social media. New products are launched every month.
How are our prices displayed?
- Prices are displayed once a customer has logged into our website with their allocated password
- All prices are shown in AUD on the Australian site and NZD on the New Zealand site.
- Prices are shown exclusive of G.S.T, to which will then be applied at the checkout.
- G.S.T. does not apply to international customers.
Are there any minimum quantities?
All products have minimum quantities, details are outlined against each item on the website.
New Zealand Customers - please indicate Half (4.5/5m) or Full bolt (9.1/10m) quantities when placing orders.
What width are your fabrics?
Our standard cotton fabrics are 110-112cm wide. Any other fabric - Wideback, Linen, Rayon, Corduroy & Muslin - will have their widths indicated on the website.
Can l visit your warehouse and view your products in your showroom?
By appointment only, our customers are welcome to visit our warehouse and showroom in Yandina, QLD.
Order Close Off Dates
To achieve first mill orders, we indicate close of dates for new collections.
We encourage our retailers to order prior to this cut-off date to ensure collections are delivered complete.
Orders received after the close off date will be ordered via the USA, UK etc. Delivery date documented on our website is not applicable to orders placed after the close off date.
Can I cancel an order?
Fabric orders are mostly indent, you place an order with Two Green Zebras and goods are especially ordered in for your business. Fabric orders can be amended up to 7 days after you place your order, but after this time, will attract a 50% cancellation fee.
A back-order report can be accessed once logged into the website or emailed on request
Credit & Returns
No claim allowed for damages or shortages after seven days from the date of receipt of goods. No credit claims will be accepted without prior approval. All agreed items that are returned must be in a saleable condition and a 10% restocking fee may be charged. Return freight will be at the expense of the customer unless prior arrangements have been made with Two Green Zebras Pty Ltd
Shipping and Handling
A freight charge will be applied to each purchase order. Our freight charge is $23.00 Ex, GST per standard carton. Lesser charges will apply to smaller parcels.
Our freight charge is often only a fraction of the true cost to ship the goods to you.
Freight charges for pallets will differ, and will be discussed on a per order basis.
Any additional shipping or handling charges that Two Green Zebras incur from the freight company due to in ability to deliver goods will be charged to the customer.
It is the customers responsibility to advise of change of address, store trading hours and holiday closures.
I am a consumer. Where can l can purchase your products?
If you are seeking a particular product send us an email with the code and your state and we can generate a report of retailers who have purchased this article.
Where are your fabrics designed and manufactured?
Our products are manufactured all over the world. A majority of our fabrics are designed in the USA and Europe and printed in Korea. Fabrics are also produced in Japan, Pakistan, India and China.
Are the images on the Two Green Zebras website accurate for colour and scale?
Please note the flat shots on our website are intended as a visual representation only. All designs are not 100% in scale and should be looked at in conjunction with the pattern repeat. Every effort is made to represent colours accurately on-screen, we cannot guarantee exact colour match due to variance in monitor calibration. Devonstone Collection ranges are sized to 30 x 30cm tiles.
